Since the company envisions being pioneer in globalizing the country’s industries, training efficient managers will be a need. Human Resources and logistics deputation of IDRO is making great efforts in order to materialize the management development objectives, employing management staff, and training hundreds of managers for taking charge of the organization’s business affairs in relation with industry sector. The management development plan has been drawn up on the bedrock of planning recruitment, development, evaluation and maintenance of human resources. The Human Resources and Logistics Department carry out the development plans through its headquarters and subsidiaries (The Industrial Management Organization and the instituted for productivity and human resources development).
Industrial Management Organization
The Industrial Management Organization is active for some a half century with offering services in consultation training, and research fields to managers of business units.
During these years, hundreds of industrial and service provision units have managed to remove obstacles on their way through the services received by the Industrial Management Organization.
Thousands of senior officials, managers, experts, and personnel of industrial units have been acquainted with the cutting–edge achievements and breakthroughs in management science emphasizing on its functional aspects.
Institute for Productivity and Human Resource Development
With over 20 years of experience in offering quality management, productivity, and human resources development services to organizations, institutions, and industrial units, the Institute for productivity and human resources development is pioneering in the establishment of management systems in the country.
Services of the institute fall within the three fields of training, consultation, and research towards quality management, productivity improvement, and human resources development.
During recent years, the institute has launched extensive activities in line with its objective for the development and promotion of modern ideas in human resources management.
