The office for "Relations with Iranian Experts Abroad" plays an important role in creating ties and attracting mutual cooperation between Iranian experts' communities abroad and the technical bodies inside home. The main mission of this office is to introduce potentials and capabilities of abroad experts to the authorities and industry players in both state and private sectors.

• Establishing and extending technological, scientific and business relations with Iranian experts abroad
• Attracting and creating technological and business cooperation opportunities between Iranian experts abroad and the counterpart sectors inside the country for technology transfer, training, conferences and workshops.
• Creating opportunities for mutual investments in various fields of technology especially Hi-tech., ICT and other fields of mutual interest.
• Reflect achievements and success of Iranian experts in global arena in industrial media and press.
